I love Cajun food, A Friend of mine a Cajun from years ago brought a 5 gallon container of Cajun Salad to work one day, with the biggest Shrimp and Cray fish you have ever seen, Mushrooms, amongst other ingredients. I Pigged out that day, I was the best I ever had

I'm not good with Cajun but willing to learn

Does anybody know Cajun? Jump right in

Try this one and add a little Liquid Smoke. Blackened Fish I see you already have the beer (obligatory).
