Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Hot Dogs
Ingredients
1 packages · Hot dogs
4 slice · of cheese cut in half.
8 slice · of bacon (Not thick cut bacon)
1 · Some mustard, or any other condiments you like.
Directions
1 Cut hot dogs long way, being careful not to cut all the way through.
2 Gently lay it open and add the cheese and mustard, or other condiments.
3 Wrapped each hot dog with a slice of bacon.
4 Secure the bacon on the side of a hot dog with wet toothpicks.
5 Grill using Indirect Heat at about 350°F for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or whenever the bacon is fully cooked.
6 Allow to cool for about 10 minutes and remove the toothpicks.
7 Serve with your favorite condiments.
