I don't know where you are from, but where I'm from Butter Beans are WHITE, not Green, they are mis labeled at the grocery store, and baby butter beans, we call Baby Butter Beans are also WHITE and used to make Baked Beans, Pork and Beans and Beanie-Wieny's, if your's beans are green either leave them on the vine till they ripen or grow REAL Butter Beans, and I Don't want no Speckled Butter beans either, feed all them with the English Peas, Spinach, Left over Corn and other unwanted veggies to the hogs, get them Fat and sassy and I'll at the pork chops, bacon, sausage, pork loin, and ham next year, why Hell the hogs got eat to ya know, attn those babies up, we need some of that fat to mix with the Venison  Wild Hogs are to tuff to chew without added fat
