Buy some Boneless Chicken breast, cut up in bite size pieces, beat up couple eggs, add some milk, and Jalapeno pepper sauce, Now mix some Italian Seasoning in flour. Dip all the chicken in the eggs and milk, then roller around in the batter. Now lay chicken out on a greased cookie pan, put chopped pine apple on top bake in oven 350 till nearly done, remove and sprinkle bacon bits, shredded cheese, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, or your favorite, put back in oven till done
