At least twice a year the family and I enjoy this meal. Many, many years ago while stationed in Korea, I and my buddies went to a Korea restaurant in Seoul and tried this and I'm here to tell you, it's great! They BBQ'd it right on the table we were sitting at with a small Hibachi charcoal grill with a upside down dome type (with holes in it) pan. Below is a link near to the way I make it and that being, they don't BBQ it and I do. IMO, BBQ'ing it over charcoal gives it the great flavor. I use the upside down type of pan that I bought from a Korean store, also many, many years ago in the states. Bulgogi (Korean Dish) www.trifood.com/bulgogi.aspEDIT: I found that link for that "upside down type of pan" that I bought way back when: www.templeofthai.com/cookware/asian-tabletop-grill-6210000533.phpI do recommend buying a Asian Tabletop Charcoal Grill (top part only) for using on a charcoal outside grill w/charcoal: (medium height over heat - don't over cook!)
