This is much easier if you live on the Gulf of Mexico where there are tons of oyster bars that will do the hard work for you. Put some beer on ice. Obtain a couple dozen oysters. Make a sauce to your liking using: Ketchup Louisiana hot sauce (any brand) Horseradish Lemon juice Shuck an oyster (open it without slicing a finger). This is the hard work. Dump some sauce on the oyster and suck it down. Drink some beer. Repeat as necessary. <script type="text/javascript">function print(m) {}</script>

I don't eat nothing Raw, but Dayam that sounds good I'll try it at our next cook out My Dad Loved raw oysters
