"Smell those shrimp, they're beginning to boil" First, you don't boil shrimp, you steam them. The PITA way is to get fresh shrimp and peel and devein them. You can save an hour and get frozen peeled, deveined and tail on. Thaw then to room temperature and steam them with some Tony Cachere spice (or just Google Cajun seasoning and make your own). Eat warm or chilled with cocktail sauce. Drink beer. Repeat as necessary. <script type="text/javascript">function print(m) {}</script>
