24 unopened, fresh, live medium oysters 1 1/2 cups cooked spinach half cup cup bread crumbs 2-4 slices bacon 1/4 cup chopped green onions Favorite spice to your liking 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste a spoonful more or less hot pepper sauce to your liking 3 spoonfuls good olive oil 2-3 spoonfuls favorite clear booze 3 cups or so salt Kosher salt is best to use Directions #1 heat oven to 450 degrees F. Fry the bacon and set aside #2 Clean oysters and place in a large pot. With Oysters still in the shell cover with water and boil, Stop when boiling starts and let cool off now break off half the shell #3 Chop up in small pieces or use a blender, the bacon, spinach, bread crumbs, green onions, and your favorite spice. Add the salt, hot sauce, olive oil and Booze and mix real good until chopping up as small as you can. #4 Spread the oysters in their half shells on a pan with kosher salt. Dip some of the spinach mixture on each oyster. Bake about 10 minutes until cooked through, then put the oven on broil till top is browned Serve hot.

only when everybody comes over, That feeds me and all my boys only couple times a year My wife got that somewhere and I modified it a little bit, Gotta remember one of my boys is over 450 lbs, 1 is 350 lbs and the youngest is a skinny fellow like me only 160 lbs
