I use the ingredients for making biscuits. use it as a dry batter and add milk and egg if you want a wet batter. If I go with wet batter I Love Ranch Dressing in it As most everything I always dip it in a beat up egg first as it seems to make the batter/crust stick to the meat better, I use a lot of Italian Seasoning in the batter and then skillet fry it. I'm supposed to limit fried foods now a days so I have a Hot Air Convection Cooker and I promise you it is good as fried without all the grease and a whole lot healthier. I do the same with Pork Chops Edit: I just looked I paid only $60 for my cooker New from Amazon, now they want $127.48 for the same one now and it is used, mine must have been on close out sale They do have others for $60 to over $100 thou. They must have figured it out, now the Used ones are $40 each and only 2 are left
