Or any steak for that matter, I take a meat hammer and beat it senseless, sprinkle a little tenderizer on it. Put in a Tupperware containor, put a little soy sauce, on it seasoning of your choice, I like Italian, pour a beer over it, snap the lid on it shake it up, and put in the fridge over night. Get out the next afternoon and throw it on th grill. Take off leaving just pink in the middle with a tinge of red. Damn I'm getting hungry thinking about tomorrow
