Fiesta Rice

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup
1 cup water ?
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice ?

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x9 pan. Cover with foil.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir rice before serving.
