Let's see. What do I have in my kitchen that might qualify as Chinese.
Soy sauce Ramen noodles Water chestnuts (I use these in tuna casserole) Frozen eggrolls and duck sauce
My universal Chinese food recipe: find a decent cheap takeout place.
I love beef or pork lo mein with fried rice but I'm not about to cook any of these things myself.
I am, however, able to heat up a frozen eggroll.
