This is one the Mrs posted over at my site and it taste great!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup corn starch
3 beaten egg yolks
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
9" baked pie shell
Combine cocoa, corn starch, beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt, and vanilla in medium kettle.
Then add milk..slowly while stirring over medium heat.
Cook until thick beating it smooth with whisk.
Pour into pre-baked pie shell and chill in fridge.
Garnish with whipped cream.
