Stuffed Hashbrowns
Make a Country Fried steak smothered with white gravy, then stir fry your hashbrowns till golden brown, scramble two eggs and put over the steak, cover in shreaded Cheddar cheese (or your choice of cheese) and smother in gravy of your choice:)
Add Olives, onions, Garlic, pepper, sausage or bacon of your choice
