This is simple and easy, no Sloppy Joe mix required Ground Venison or other ground meats can be used in place of ground chuck Use more or less depending on number of mouth's to feed Amounts on any ingredient always varies, your taste decides that Take a can of cream of Mushroom soup, mustard, ketchup, a 1/2 bottle more or less Louisiana Hot sauce, sprinkle a little bit of chili powder in it, garlic powder, if you want a little bit heat add some cayenne powder (very lightly here) Mix up in a bowl till gravy like consistency Ground Chuck is browned in cast iron skillet, then drain off Now pour mixture over ground beef, stir real good and let simmer till hot Now instead of buns I like the extra thick light bread used for making Texas Toast, Toast the bread. Have even used buns like used on Sub sandwiches toasted I like lettuce and tomatoe, dill pickle spears, on mine with New York Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Hoop Cheese (or your choice of cheese) on mine Enjoy with your favorite chips a large glass of iced tea or cold beer
